I love the staff. I have stayed there before and they are truly wonderful.

They need to maintain what they have. Walls need painting, the pool needs cleaning and obvious defects on the floor need to be fixed.

Very clean,great staff and fell in loved with the location.will definitely come back to that hotel again¿¿¿¿

Shower temp is poor, might need warmer water selection.

Room aircon was broken and we were moved into a smaller room and still aircon is not that cold. very inconvenient staying that night.

Disappointing

Old, ugly partially destroyed furniture. The staff far from punctuality. Finally they refused to issue a payment confirmation.

The rooms where clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible during my stay there, couple with this the parking was always full making it hard for people with Disability and trouble with movements up and down to the car.

Love it’s location ; staff are their greatest asset . They were very polite and helpful ; nothing was too much for them .

No bedside lamp that you could just reach out from your bed in the middle of the night . Ramp for guests with mobility issues could be improved .

Very convenient location. Close to everything. Clean and very friendly staff. Housekeeping staff are always around. Toiletries provided. There’s a small gym and pool. Laundry service is next door, along with 7-11 and many restaurants. Breakfast option is no longer included but they have all day buffet from 10 am.

It would be great to streamline their process for check-in if you have multiple bookings. We booked Nov 8-13 but needed one extra night for the Nov 14. I booked that separately directly under the same name, that additional booking came with breakfast. As we were leaving 4 am on Nov 14- my partner ate the breakfast a day early. They would not honor the free breakfast for the 14th booking as we redeemed it a day early and we ended up paying for extra breakfast even if we had a breakfast voucher. It would have been nice if they acknowledged it was the same booking and we wouldn’t be eating breakfast as 4 am so redeemed it the day before.

ambiance on the reception area is light

*the comfort room located below the building, creepy and dark lights *Accordingly, the room that i have picked feom booking .com didnt match my expectations since on the picture it looks comfy and beautiful in the naked eye but in reality , room is dark, gloomy and looks old *As i have asked to the receptionist , why is it doesnt look like in the picture , she said , u did not choose fully renovated room — but it was not mentioned on booking .com and pictures that i have chosen was beautiful hence i chose executive suite

The cleanliness of the room is poor. Water from the air conditioner falls on the furniture table. The furniture is wet. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Room 312. The furniture needs to be changed, even the bathroom bathtub is old.

Place was convenient, close to the mall. Room was kinda spacious - actually got an upgrade. Staff was able to allow me to stay a bit longer.

Shower drain was clogged. I had to ask for assistance but front desk was refusing to assist & eventually helped me. No staff was available late at night. Parking was also difficult, had to wake up at 5:30 for a parking space at the mall. Hotel does not have enough parking for its residents.

Location is good. Accessible. Place is clean. And staff are friendly

Booked it for quarantine loved that it allowed food deliveries so you don't have to eat pre packed meals. In front of Greenhills so a lot of choices. There's a hand black chair outside where you can put stuff and recieve stuff during quarantine.Staff were accommodating to requests that's within their ability to give as a quarantine hotel.The TV was standard LG with cable which I stuck a roku to so that I could watch Netflix.

Rooms were old, but some were being renovated.The bathtub was so high and slippery. My dad slipped trying to get on and had difficulty standing up from the tub and getting out.The room. Lights are completely above the bed so it's glaring when you're in the bed reading. I feel like they should do deep cleaning of the rooms before someone checks in instead of just standard routine linen change and toilet scrubbing.

Location. Housekeeping staff are courteous and helpful. and accommodating. Coronet desk personnel were all very personable and always willing to help.

More maintenance update would be a good idea. Washroom is alright but clogged on us and at times towels had a certain odor' perhaps not dried enough then stacked.
